Well deserved….
Its me, DJ Pest who writes these articles on this website and I don’t know how to write an article about me so I’ll just copy and paste what I said on Instagram. But before I do that I just wanna say thank you to everyone who voted for me, the voice of the streets, again…
Thank you so much, here’s my acceptance speech in text form:
One of my 2023 resolutions is to be more supportive, just to continuously celebrate all my people’s wins, no matter how big or small. So I decided to pull up the @arizonamixtapes2022 Music Awards just to speak to everyone in the club, congratulate them and make plans for W’s in the new year.
What’s really lit is, I think I spoke to 90% of a packed house, so much love in the building.
I sat in the VIP Booth ready to congratulate whoever won the “DJ of The Year” award. The presenter starts mentioning the nominees and then my named was mentioned as the winner.
WOW, thank you to everyone who voted for me.
To everyone that supports me no matter what business I create or the move that’s made to grow. I will continue to be the voice of the streets from Detroit to Phoenix.
