So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.

Well been developing my craft for cooking for 10+ years. Graduated from Dorsey culinary school in 2016 and became a chef. Moved to AZ in 2017. EST. Chef Carter Culinary LLC in the end of 2019 where we specialize in meal prep, family meals and gatherings.

My fiancé and I created Pamper & Eatz LLC. And what we do is for myself I cook for you and your significant other a full course meal with appetizers and desserts, wine of your choice and my fiancé is a licensed aesthetician and she performs a facial with a shoulder and arm massage

Lets dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Great question.

No it definitely wasn’t easy. The most difficult moments I’ve had was finding clientele. People loved my pictures I’ve posted and promoted but nobody buying. One time I’ve spend over $3000.00 in food and sold nothing but my passion for food is far beyond money. Like I cant see myself nothing anything else. Like food and being in a kitchen is my happy, comfort zone

What should we know about your business? What does your business do best? What sets you apart from the competition?

Well we’re black owned and support other black owned businesses, my business is best at meal prep and creating personal relationship. A lot of companies are all about the $ sign and not the interaction with the guests that walks in there establishment. We’re here to know our customers so that when they come back it doesn’t feel like there coming to just pick some food up but perhaps like visiting family

Ok, Last Question, What is “success” or “successful” for you?

Making everyone happy with there tummies! Seeing their faces elated by my food bring success for me!!
